The city center is built around a circular war monument and all of the buildings facing the monument curve with it. And gosh, who doesn't love a good brick paved road. I know I do.
Just when I thought the downtown area couldn't be any better, there was a fountain with dancing bare breasted women--Oliver immediately began salivating in appreciation.
Honestly, I LOVE Indianapolis.
